Virtual Memory Low—What to Do?

Question: What do I do to fix the virtual memory when it is too low?

Solution: I assume that you got a little balloon in the bottom right-hand corner announcing that your virtual memory is low and that Windows is adjusting it. If this happens just once, don't worry—as the message said, Windows found a problem and fixed it. But if it happens repeatedly, it could be that your settings don't allow Windows to make the necessary adjustment.

First, make sure your drive isn't overly full. In Windows Explorer, right-click the drive icon and choose Properties. If the amount of free space is under about 10 percent, you'll need to free up some space. You can use the Disk Cleanup button right next to the free space indicator, or manually move some files to off-line storage, or uninstall unnecessary applications—whatever it takes to get more free space.If low drive space isn't the problem, the virtual-memory settings may be wrong.






















Right-click My Computer and choose Properties. Click the Advanced tab. Click the Settings button in the Performance panel. Click the Advanced tab in the Performance dialog. Click the Change button in the Virtual memory panel. Whew! This setting is buried quite thoroughly! Look for the System managed size option, select it if it isn't already selected, and then click OK, OK, OK. That should end the warnings

Cara guna :

Pertama: Masukkan pendrive korang dalam komputer ( supaya virus masuk dalam pendrive utk kenalpasti nama virus tu)

Kedua: bukak software yg colour biru tu, ([b]Repair system) .. Korang Kill All Services dulu lepas tu baru tekan bawah die Repair Registry @ terus tekan Repair Registry.. Software Repair Komputer pun sama fungsi die. Amik kat tab menu Registry, korang ambil Repair Registry dan buang tanda yg terdapat kat situ.. beres??

Ketiga: Lepas Folder Option dah dapat bukak,korang masuk kat Folder Option tu kat menu Tool>Folder Option>View> Show All Hidden File dengan UNthick pada High Protected Operating System File.. Yang ni buang tanda..die tanye YES ngan NO korang buat YES je ..

Lepas korang buat macam tu,korang kena kenalpasti nama virus yg telah masuk ke dalam komputer korang ( cara mudah tadi ialah dgn masukkan pendrive tadi ke dalam komputer then klik open pendrive tu -Enter- sure virus masuk dalam pendrive ) korang amik Tool>Folder Option>View > amik sekali lagi Show All Hidden File dengan menu 2 ke bawah lagi iaitu sekali lagi UNthick pada High Protected Operating System File.. Yang ni buang tanda..die tanye YES ngan NO korang buat YES je ...)

Haa..baru korang leh tengok virus apa yang masuk dalam komputer korang dengan cara korang bukak Pendrive melalui Adress Bar ...Tengok kat Autorun.inf . Korang tengok kat Load tu,ada die kuar nama virus ..


Contohnya bagi virus RavMoNe.exe atau ntldelect.exe.

Last, korang tekan F2 pada pendrive dan CTRL+C utk copy nama virus tu... Then korang masuk Stat>Run>Regedit. Dalam regedit Korang amik Edit dan letak nama virus tadi .. Pastu search lah nama virus tu, pastu delate je. Tekan F3 utk continue cari virus tu..Kalo ada lagi korang delate lagi. Pastu masuk search letak nama virus tu kalo jumpe delate lah ..

Then masuk Start> Run>msconfig

Dalam msconfig korang amik yg paling hujung sekali tulis Startup, kalo ada nama virus tu load sekali korang inactive lah ..



Tambahan:

kiranya komputer dah disable Task Manager, buka ProceXp utk buka task manager..kill virus yang tengah run.. Pastu buka Geekz yang colour biru .. utk kill all process dan repair registry kat bawah die ... fungsi Repair Komputer tu pun sama gak macam Geekz..

p/s: ketahuilah kamu bahawa VIRUS TAKKAN MASUK DALAM KOMPUTER MELALUI PENDRIVE SEKIRANYA KORANG BUKAK MELALUI ADRESS BAR.. KALO BUKA MELALUI ADRESS BAR VIRUS DARI PENDRIVE TAKKAN MASUK KOMPUTER KERANA FILE AUTORUN.INF HANYA AKAN BERFUNGI MELALUI KLIK ENTER PADA PENDRIVE DALAM MY COMPUTER ATAU KLIK KANAN OPEN ATAU EXPLORE. KALO ENTER @ EXPLORE @ OPEN SURE VIRUS MASUK TAPI KALO MELALUI ADRESS BAR,VIRUS TAKKAN SEKALI KALI MASUK KE DALAM KOMPUTER.

TAPI KALO KOMPUTER YG ADA VIRUS KORANG BUKAK MELALUI ADRESS BAR SEKALIPUN TETAP AKAN MASUK VIRUS KERANA KOMPUTER LAGI DOMINAN VIRUS .

pakai Regedit - cari AVG punya key.. (guna butang find - taip avg.. dan search..

PERGI KE
START -> RUN -> TYPE "REGEDIT" -> ENTER
TEKAN CONTROL + F -> TYPE "AVG" -> ENTER

cari semua avg dan buangkan..
yang paling penting.. cari dan delete kan key yg rupa macam bawah ni..

make sure dah un-install AVG dulu..!!

*Cara ini boleh juga digunakan sekiranya berjumpa dengan masalahnya sama untuk antivirus lain seperti avira dan lain-lain.

Sekarang ada orang sarawak yang kecewa kerana tidak
dapat kerja telah mencipta virus yang dinamakan me_cute. Ini cara
memusnahkan dan imune sistem anda.

Sintom jangkitan:

1. Windows masuk, tetapi cuma ada wallpaper.

2. Ada screen memaparkan teks menyatakan kekesalan pencipta virus kerana tidak dapat kerja.

Cara membaiki:

1. Tekan serentak CTRL+ALT+DEL

2. Pilih “Processes”

3. cari nama Image Name lsass.exe

4. Anda akan menjumpai beberapa nama, pilih yang bukan dari SYSTEM

Contohnya, saya sedang guna account Administrator.

Image name User Name

lsass.exe Administrator <— Pilih ini

lsass.exe SYSTEM

5. Right click atas lsass.exe yang anda pilih dan “End Process”

6. Pilih Start>Run

7. Taip “regedit” dan tekan OK.

8. Pilih Edit>Find

9. Taip userinit.exe dan tekan Find Next

Anda akan menemui

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Userinit = C:\WINDOWS\system32userinit.exe,C:\windows\system32\oobe\lsass.exe

10. Right Click pada userinit dan pilih “Modify”

11. Ubah menjadi begini C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,

12. Cari fail ini “C:\WINDOWS\system32\oobe\lsass.exe” dan delete.

13. Selesai.

Cara imune:

Oleh sebab ini virus baru, tiada antivirus dapat menangani masalah ini. Kita kena selesaikan sendiri.

1. Pilih Start>Run

2. Taip cmd dan tekan ok

3. Taip

md %windir%\system32\oobe\lsass.exe

tekan enter

attrib +h +r +s %windir%\system32\oobe\lsass.exe

tekan enter

taip exit

4. Selesai, me_cute tidak akan dapat menjangkiti sistem anda.

FILE SORTING

Windows Explorer has several new features for displaying and sorting files and folders. One of the most useful is Show In Groups, which is enabled on the View menu. You can now select the type of grouping that you require, if you click on the Name header the groups will be alphabetical, click on ‘Type’ and they will be sorted so that documents, images and spreadsheets etc. are grouped together. As a further enhancement you can enable Show In Groups in Details, Icons, Tiles and Thumbnails Views.

TIMER SHUTDOWN

Here’s a useful tip if you want to make sure your children switch the PC off at a particular time, or even limit your own usage to prompt you to go home/get to bed at a reasonable hour. XP has a built-in utility called Shutdown that can be programmed to switch the PC off after a predetermined delay. To use Shutdown go to Run on the Start menu and type ‘cmd’ (without the quotes) and this will bring up a DOS type window. Now type the following command: ‘shutdown.exe –s –t xx’, where –s is the shutdown ‘switch’, -t is the time switch and xx is the delay in seconds. So, if you want the PC to shutdown in 15 minutes, say, the command would be: ‘shutdown.exe –s –t 900’. When the Enter is pressed the countdown begins, with a dialogue box on the screen showing the time left and warning the user to save their work. For a full list of the switches available for this utility just type shutdown.exe at the command prompt.

INTERNET TIME

The internal clocks in most PCs are usually fairly accurate but they can drift by a few seconds a week. XP has a useful facility that allows you to synchronise your PC to an atomic clock when you are connected to the Internet. The next time you are online double click on the time display on the taskbar and select the Internet Time tab, check the item ‘Automatically Synchronise…’ and click the Update Now button. If the time-server web site selected by default is slow to respond or busy you can find a list of alternate servers at:http://ntp.isc.org/bin/view/Servers/NTPPoolServers

Copy Error Messages To Clipboard

What’s the first thing you do when you see a baffling error message in Windows? If you are anything like me you’ll pick out the keywords and look it up on Google. That’s fine when it’s something simple but all too often error messages are long-winded and contain lots of gibberish, which are a pain to type into the search box The temptation, is to try and copy and paste the message, but you will find that this doesn’t work as you can’t highlight the words in an error box, but there is another way.

Here’s a nifty little tweak that I came across the other day on Asp.net. From Windows 2k onwards you have been able to copy the text in error messages to the Windows Clipboard by pressing Ctrl + C, but Microsoft forgot to tell anyone. So the next time you get an indecipherable error message, just press Ctrl + C then open Notepad, WordPad, Word etc and press Ctrl + V, then you can highlight the text, and use it to search for a solution.

Taip regedit di run untuk run program Registry Editor: Kalau kuar mesej "your regedit has been disable by administrator" taip arahan ni di run dahulu.
